Who are we?
Normally when we sleep, muscles hold our airway open. If these muscles relax, the airway can become narrowed or even completely closed. The closure of the airway, called Obstructive Sleep Apnoea causes the affected person to wake up, over and over through out the night, sometimes hundreds of times. Untreated Obstructive Sleep Apnoea may lead to serious health problems such as high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke, memory loss, poor concentration, morning headaches and sexual dysfunction. Sleep Plus specialise in the treatment of the illness and provide professional solutions and product advice.
